Cutting
The cutting department represents the first stage of 4M Refai’s in-house production process for the manufacture of components and fabrications based on the customer’s drawings for industrial applications.
Material is prepared from plates and bars, producing cut profiles and blanks in structural, high-strength and wear-resistant steels, with thicknesses up to 300 mm, for subsequent machining, assembly and welding operations.
The integration of cutting within the production process allows scheduled job management and traceability of parts throughout all manufacturing stages, in coordination with the customer’s technical department.
